You cannot ‘cure’ a running injury without looking at running technique, so we use video analysis to spot biomechanics and technique faults that need to be addressed. Next up, we test your strength and flexibility. We can spot areas of the body that are stiff or weak and then we formulate a bespoke strength and conditioning programme. Then we tinker with your running technique. We will test different cues to improve your running efficiency and choose the one that best for you.
