Heat is not enough

Recent research in America has confirmed that heat alone does not confer any greater flexibility.

For the optimum results, 15-20 minutes of locally applied heat followed by specific stretching held for 30-40 seconds should be adhered to. It's important to stress that the stretching must be specific.
